Where technology becomes real.

Oriol360: The Hub is an Oriol Health Care initiative at Boyden Village — a hands-on space where people can explore practical technology for aging, wellness, caregiving, and independent living.

Technology is changing how people stay safe, connected, healthy, and independent. The Hub makes those tools easier to understand by bringing them into a welcoming, human-centered setting open to everyone.

The Hub is the first public-facing component of the developing Oriol360 campus. Come explore. Come back often.

Oriol360: The Hub is located on the first floor of Boyden Village — Oriol Health Care's flagship property on Boyden Road in Holden, Massachusetts. Boyden Village has served the Holden community for decades as a center for healthcare, assisted living, and community services.

The Hub occupies the ground-floor street front, purpose-designed as a welcoming destination where the community can explore emerging technology. It is the first public-facing phase of the developing Oriol360 campus.

Visitors enter from Boyden Road into a central technology demonstration area with flexible programming space, accessible restrooms, and staff available to assist.

The Space

First Floor Layout

Visitors enter from Boyden Road into the central technology showcase area. Flexible programming space is located nearby, with accessible restrooms and staff available on the same floor.

The layout includes a dedicated demonstration floor, partner offices, and a flex space for classes and events — all on one accessible level.

The first floor is organized around a central Tech Showcase area. The accessible entry from Boyden Road leads directly into the demonstration floor. To one side is a Flex Space for classes and programming. Adjacent are three office spaces for technology partners and Oriol staff, plus accessible restrooms. An expansion phase area is indicated to the left of the main showcase.
